The most of art on the site were sold, your painting will be created very similar in the same style, colors, you will receive the same quality and beauty of the painting as what you see from the pictures.

Some customers asked how similar between original piece shows online and recreated piece. we can not promise you will get an IDENTICAL one as you see from the photo, because only art prints/machine can do EXACTLY the same as pictured. All we paintings are hand-painted, so, every brush strokes might be different, but I DO promise you will get it in same quality and same beauty, quality is the last thing you need to worried about. For any reason you don't like the art you received, you can always get a full refund.

In the process of creating painting, we'll show you photos and videos with your Customized painting.
You'll be able to express all your wishes, for example about colors and shades. And we'll make all the necessary changes. Only when you are completely satisfied with your picture, we will express it to you!

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number, and it will be delivered in 2 days after then.

To protect painting well during international shipping, all paintings are ROLLED (Unframed/Not stretched), packed and shipped in a quality Paper tube to avoid damages, it’s 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat status once you stretch it on a wooden base. You can decide to frame it or simply stretch/gallery wrap it, it’s beautiful both way. 
There is an ADDITIONAL 2"-5" white margin/border around the image, it should be enough for all kind of wooden stretch bars.

We will always make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving an order or communicate with the seller to get the corresponding refund.

Because all the paintings are made by hand. If the buyer cancels the order for no reason more than 7 days after the purchase, the buyer will have to pay a production fee of 50-150 US dollars.

If you have a damaged item during transportation, we thoroughly apologize, and ask that you send us a message and include your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork.Let us deal with courier companies.we will ship out the replacement just in a few days.
