We pack all paintings in strong Paper tube very carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it's damaged, please follow the below STEPS:
Please ask courier man to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill. You can keep your package after you and courier man both confirm the damages.
Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on painting to me, Let me deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.
If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1, do No.2 above.
Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.
Artexplore currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Artexplore also accepts payments made through PayPal.
I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: 1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 4) Click Continue to return to ArtExplore. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on ArtExplore.
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
