In-stock item - Will be shipped in 3 business days.

Custom painting - you will receive it around 1-3 weeks after ordering.

 Generally, you will receive your purchase in 1-3 weeks after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at Sevice@artexplore.net to confirm the accurate time frame.

All paintings are packed carefully in a strong Paper tube, shipped with DHL, FedEX, TNT, 5-7 international express delivery to your home, 

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact Info@artexplore.net and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Artexplore currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  Artexplore also accepts payments made through PayPal.

I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to ArtExplore. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on ArtExplore.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
