How are the artworks packaged?

All artworks are carefully packaged by ArtExplore and follow a standardized fine-art packaging process to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.

Ships in a Tube

For canvas-only items (unframed), your artwork will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is ideal for oversized pieces, protecting them securely while keeping shipping costs lower. Rolled canvases can be easily stretched or framed by your local framer upon arrival.
We recommend sending your rolled canvas directly to your framer for professional, cautious unrolling and mounting.

Note: Each painting includes an extra 2–4 white border around the canvas, suitable for all common stretcher-bar depths.

Ships in a Cardboard Box

For small-sized artworks that are already stretched or framed, your order will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. Each package includes multiple protective layers to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition and ready to hang.

Ships in a Wooden Crate

For large-sized artworks that are stretched or framed, we ship using a custom-built wooden crate. Each crate meets our high safety standards and is carefully cushioned to secure your artwork during international transit.


How long does delivery take?

  • Creation time: 1–2 weeks. Each painting is individually hand-painted by a professional ArtExplore artist after payment is confirmed.
    During the creation process, we’ll share photos and videos so you can review your piece and request any desired adjustments before it ships.

  • Shipping time: 5–7 business days via FedEx, DHL, depending on your location.

  • A tracking number and delivery details will be sent to you once the artwork has been dispatched.


Who handles the delivery?

We work with trusted global couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and TNT, as well as specialized art-delivery companies when necessary, depending on your destination and artwork size.
